He bought the apartments in 2012 for Rs 4 crore, so he made a significant profit on the sale.
The apartments are in a luxury complex called Shree Siddeshwar Kripa, known for its amenities and celebrity residents.
The two apartments are next to each other, and Ranveer Singh reportedly combined them into one large unit.
This sale came when Ranveer Singh did well in his career with successful films like Gully Boy, Simmba, and Sooryavanshi.
He is also set to appear in the upcoming films Cirkus and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
