Bollywood actress Preity Zinta reportedly bought a fancy apartment in Bandra, Mumbai, for Rs 17.01 crore.
The apartment is on the 11th floor of a luxury building called ‘Parishram,’ about 1,474 sq ft.
Zinta bought the apartment from Keystone Realtors Limited. Realty platform IndexTap.com accessed the property documents and showed that Zinta paid Rs 85 lakh as stamp duty fees.
The apartment has two parking spots and is in a prime location in Bandra, near many restaurants, cafes, and shops.
Zinta is a successful actress in Bollywood and has been in hit movies like ‘Dil Chahta Hai,’ ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho,’ and ‘Koi… Mil Gaya’.
She is also a successful entrepreneur and co-owns the Indian Premier League team Kings XI Punjab.
