A Kolkata court issued an arrest warrant for Bollywood actress Zareen Khan concerning a cheating case 2018.
The case was filed by an event management company claiming Khan accepted 12.5 lakh to attend six community Kali Puja pandals in Kolkata but did not attend. Khan denies the allegations, stating she did not make any agreement with the event management company.
However, the court issued the warrant after Khan failed to appear multiple times.
Khan’s lawyer plans to challenge the warrant in the Calcutta High Court.
