Junaid Khan previously worked as an assistant director in the film PK. Pritam Pyaare is directed by Ajay Bhuyan, who led Aankhen and Deewaar.
The film is about two friends from different backgrounds.
Casting for Pritam Pyaare is still happening, and filming will start in early 2024.
