The film also stars NTR Jr and Saif Ali Khan. They filmed in Goa for three months.
Janhvi Kapoor completed all her scenes for the film. Koratala Siva directed the movie, and he previously worked with NTR Jr in Janatha Garage.
Devara is a political drama, and Janhvi Kapoor plays a solid and independent character.
