The Enforcement Directorate (ED) wants to talk to Kapil Sharma, Huma Qureshi, and Hina Khan about the Mahadev betting app case.
They have to go to the ED at different times in October 2023.
The ED is looking into the money laundering networks connected to the Mahadev betting app, an online betting platform in Dubai.
They want to know if Sharma and the other celebrities who promoted the app on social media got paid for it and if that money is from illegal activities.
Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor are also asked to talk to the ED.
The ED hasn’t given more information about the case yet, but it’s expected that Sharma and the other celebrities will be asked about their involvement with the Mahadev betting app.
No celebrities have been accused of anything wrong yet, and they are helping with the investigation.
