The Delhi High Court has stopped the unauthorized broadcast of the TV show Bigg Boss.
This happened on October 19, 2023, after Viacom18 Media Private Limited, the show’s owner, filed a lawsuit.
They claimed that many websites illegally streamed the show, violating their copyright.
The court agreed with Viacom18 and ordered the websites to stop streaming the show immediately.
If any other websites are found doing the same, they will face the same consequences.
This order is a big win for Viacom18 and the content industry.
