Akshara Haasan, an actress, and Kamal Haasan’s daughter, has purchased a luxury apartment in Khar, Mumbai, for Rs 15.75 crore.
The apartment is on the 13th floor of a 15-storey tower called Ekta Verve.
It is 2,245 sq ft in size and has a balcony. Haasan paid a stamp duty of Rs 94.50 lakh for the apartment and got three parking spaces.
Khar is a fancy neighborhood in Mumbai, and Ekta Verve is a high-end residential project.
The tower has a swimming pool, gym, spa, clubhouse, and children’s play area.
